Nine cases of beer stolen in Canmore

RCMP officials are looking for several suspects after nine cases of Corona was stolen from Ace Liquor Store in Canmore on Aug. 21.

CANMORE ­­– RCMP officials are looking for several suspects after nine cases of Corona was stolen from Ace Liquor Store in Canmore on Aug. 21.

The crime happened around 3:30 a.m. when four suspects gained entry through a smashed window on the east side of the building.

"Three of the suspects had their faces covered in what appears to be an attempt to prevent identification," Sgt. Stan Andronyk wrote in a press release.

The suspects were caught on surveillance footage riding bicycles and carrying cases of Corona beer.
