Hogshead Restaurant broken into overnight

CANMORE – The RCMP are asking for the public's help after the Hogshead Restaurant in downtown Canmore was broken into during the early morning hours of Jan. 29. According to police, a male suspect broke into the restaurant around 5:30 a.m.

RCMP recovered a knife, a ball cap and other tools at the scene as well as a surveillance photo of the suspect.

CANMORE – The RCMP are asking for the public's help after the Hogshead Restaurant in downtown Canmore was broken into during the early morning hours of Jan. 29.

According to police, a male suspect broke into the restaurant around 5:30 a.m. by prying open the rear doors and subsequently smashing open a safe containing cash.

A knife, ball cap, and other tools were left at the scene by the suspect who was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and had a cloth draped over his head to conceal his face.
