“I started the Affordable Arts Program with looking at inflation and how it was impacting the population and how for activities, things got tight for families. I wanted to give families the opportunity for their children to do activities in the fine arts realm in an easy and affordable way.”

“When the conservation officers investigated they realized that it was a wolf kill. It looked like a mule deer had been entirely consumed by five wolves.”

“The purpose of it is to have a physically and mentally challenging exercise for the soldiers, also working on their teamwork and communication skills. They’ll be in a small group working on their backcountry skiing, which does have military applications as well.”

“We’re interested in improving our process. Some of it is hard to compare, but other parts are quite useful. It’s opened an opportunity to be in conversation with BOWDA members about our process and where we can make changes and improvements and they can help us be more efficient such as in submitting a complete application. I’m hoping it’s a good conversation starter and we’re working together to make the process as effective as possible.”
