EDITORIAL: Being in the Canadian Rockies is a different beast, especially when winter conditions kick in.

LETTER: I was "deeply disheartened and troubled" by the action of one individual, Blair Richardson, who took out a one page ad in the Nov. Rocky Mountain Outlook to school the people of Canmore on the rights and wrongs of various parties interested in the Three Sister development.

“It confirms what we knew. It encourages us even more to do as much as possible as fast as possible to deal with the housing crisis.”

LETTER: Even if it’s just one of these seemingly insignificant changes: if you have the power to do it, do it. Take a stand. We must fight, for our world; for our children’s world. At the very least, we have to go out trying.

“I want people to climb my routes, so I tend to do a good job [building them].”
