Property Management Firms is looking for the right individual to join our growing
professional team on the front line (within our Canmore Office) in Client Services.
General responsibilities include all aspects of reception, assisting clients and
customers with forms & document requests/processing, receiving & receipting
mail and payments, updating owners information, both file set up & filing, along
with other reception & administrative related responsibilities.
As a self starter possessing the ability to prioritize, organize, communicate,
multi-task, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and a smile, you will
carry a positive attitude, work well within a team, understand the true meaning
of customer service, and be proficient in working within a Windows software
environment (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Database software).
An entry level position, the position has the ability for advancement as our
management portfolio grows and as further education is undertaken.
