Diana Olga Milada (Spičková) Petrik passed away peacefully on Saturday April 30 surrounded by her loving family following a fatal car collision. Family was always most important to Diana, and we were all fortunate to be with her in her last moments all gathered to say goodbye. Diana grew up in Prague, Czech Republic and moved to Canada with her husband Peter in 1968, raising two sons. Throughout her life she touched many people with her selflessness, optimism, generosity, kindness, courage, and passion for life. She loved the outdoors and introducing her beloved grandchildren William and Cameron to the mountains that she so adored all of her life.
Diana leaves behind a huge legacy, amazing memories, lifelong friendships, and a massive void that will never be filled. We were all blessed to have you in our lives.
