Jerry Latvala 1939 - 2023
It is with great sadness that the family of Jerry Latvala announce his passing on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the age of 83 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Kay; children, Laura, Brad, Kimberley, and Kelly; brother Ed; sister Anne, and their families. He will be greatly missed by numerous nephews, nieces, and an extended family that have been a part of the Canmore community for generations.
As per his wishes there will be no service. He would strongly encourage a drink or three while reminiscing. If you would rather go hiking, cycling or fishing in his favourite mountains instead, the rest of us will sit around with a drink in our hand and watch you.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Golden Eagle View for their care and compassion.
