It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Nicholas “Nick” Arsenault, 32, of Canmore, AB, and formerly of Moncton, NB.
Nick passed away tragically on Monday, April 26, 2021 in Cochrane, AB. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Patrick Arsenault (Katherine) and Jenny Longphee (Mike).
Nick was employed as a Journeyman Millright. His passions in life included snowboarding, skateboarding, motorcycling, off roading, hunting, and hanging out with his many friends.
His love of music, playing guitar with his buddies and mountain climbing in the Rockies were also things he loved. Nick will be remembered for his joy of life, and the kindness he showed to all he encountered.
Nick was kind and genuine with a beautiful soul, he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Nick will be missed by his siblings, Sadie Arsenault (Derek), Esmé Arsenault, Joseph Arsenault, Shannon Doucette, (Jeremy) and Joel Doucette; maternal grandmother, Jeannette Longphee; niece, Lenna and nephew, Brody; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends. Nick will also be greatly missed by his friends in Canmore. All of which were his Alberta family.
Nick was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Joseph Longphee, and paternal grandparents, Donat and Emilie Arsenault.
