Stuart Bremner
November 29, 1987 – April 01, 2021
Stuart was born in Canmore on November 29, 1987. He graduated from Canmore Collegiate, where he developed a love of music through the school band program and Valley Winds. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Music Degree, and McGill University with a Masters Degree in Sound Recording. Stuart was employed for several years at the Banff Centre in the Music and Sound Department. At the time of his death he was employed with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. When he was in the Bow Valley he loved to spend his free time hiking and showing off the beauty of the mountains to his friends. Stuart was smart, funny, conscientious, hard working, and sensitive, all at the same time. He will be deeply and sadly missed by his partner Anna Millan, his parents Richard and Clare, brother Tom, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
