To the person who dumped their dog on Morley Road – just so you know, this terrorized animal was weaving in and out of traffic trying to find the car he got dumped from.
He was completely panicked resulting in many vehicles having to swerve to avoid him, putting themselves and their occupants in real danger.
The chances of the dog surviving this type of situation is next to nil.
In addition to your already dubious resumé, you can now add not only cruelty to animals, but also careless disregard for your fellow human being.
