LETTER: AJHL should reconsider suspension and fine for Milne

Editor: As a senior, son, a husband, a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather, I could not believe my eyes when I saw the article at the end of December about Canmore Eagles coach and general manager Andrew Milne.

As a senior, son, a husband, a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather, I could not believe my eyes when I saw the article at the end of December about Canmore Eagles coach and general manager Andrew Milne.

How can an orgranization like the Alberta Junior Hockey League try hiding that there was a COVID-19 instance in a junior hockey team in your province?

Or was there not?

Not only that, but that the coach was suspended for 15 games and levied a $1,000 fine for making a comment about the COVID-19 issue in the junior hockey league.

Someone in the organization must be related to the former hockey coach of SJHL, Mr. James, or to Mr. Trump.

Wake up folks, it is 2021.

Please re-look at the situation and come up with a 2021 solution.

Grandview, MB
