I'm really wondering when are construction and development even go to slow down in this valley.

Everywhere you gaze for a moment, you can be sure that next time you look, there will be a condo or a fourplex or a big house.

In every crack and cranny, a developer will find a way to build.

I just found out that behind Fairholme condos (across from Safeway) where right now there is a garage and two old shacks by the creek, a developer is proposing to build something.

The property owner is asking to buy crown land from the town and wants to build on the land that is located next to the creek.

It will maybe block the view and light of the condos and it will make it very crowded for pedestrians walking along the creek and for the wildlife.

I find it very sad to see every inch could be taken over by concrete and asphalt, cutting trees down instead of welcomng a park, leaving it just be.
