I don't pretend to know all the issues at play for the upgrades on the West Bow River pathway, but as a wheelchair user, I do appreciate any paved trail in Canmore.
Rough gravel trails are off-limits to me and others. I don't expect paved trails but when they are built, I sure do appreciate them.
