Dear Town council. It is time to reactivate your rabbit posse. The rabbits have and are exploding in numbers in south Canmore, like, well, like rabbits.
My husband and I try to be nurturers of this planet and promote greening. We abhor the disproportionate number of concrete landscape jungles that have become Canmore. We are growing our own vegetables as much as possible in this locale. Thank goodness for global warming. This is the first year since the big cull that the rabbits are once again an issue.
Please act on this problem before it becomes another unnecessary election issue. Too bad $750,000 has had to be allocated for legal action regarding the Three Sisters nonsense. Maybe borrow a few grand from that pot for rabbit control.
