My heartfelt thanks to a local business, Property Guys, who have provided free slow down signs for our poor beleaguered laneway.
We are fortunate to live on Rundle Plant Lane and during this time of COVID-19, we have seen a marked increase in foot, bike and vehicle traffic and all are most welcome to enjoy our lovely trails.
It’s the cars and trucks speeding down the laneway, posted at 20 km/h, that has always been a problem for the past 25 years and more.
Now, with all the families and little kids out playing while we all live in this time of COVID, it’s increasingly dangerous.
So again, thank you Property Guys for free signage.
Maybe the Town could step up and put a few rumble strips down?
