We would first like to thank everyone who was able to attend the celebration of life for Canmore's beloved Gerry Stephenson.

It seemed as if half the town of Canmore was there, and it would have thrilled Gerry.

If you would like to watch the celebration, you can view it on YouTube by googling "A Celebration of the life of Gerry Stephenson."

We have had many people approach us about different ideas for a memorial to Gerry. We wanted everyone to know we are working with the family and spearheading the efforts to move forward with finding a suitable location for such a memorial.

We have already reached out to the Rocky Mountain Heritage Foundation, which helps oversee Quarry Lake, and also to members of Town Council to arrange to visit and discuss ideas.

If you have any thoughts or ideas you would like to share, feel free to post them on the Three Sisters for Wildlife Facebook page, or email [email protected].

Gary and Kay Anderson,

Canmore
