Editor:
I have a dear friend who just lost her son so I appreciated the article on page 11 of the Christmas in the Mountains feature "When the holidays don’t feel so joyful: how to deal with grief during December."
I cut the article out to share with my friend, but I must say the editing was lacking. In two places, words that had nothng to do with the serious context were placed at the end of sentences, the words were; Gizzly Paw brewery winter ale and Canmore Brewing Company chocolate maple porter.
Just saying, it was odd, unprofessional, and interrupted the serious content.
