Editor: The Outlook recently carried a letter to the editor chastising Alberta Premier Jason Kenney for handing out earplugs in the provincial legislature so his caucus could be spared having to listen to argument.
I would like to give Kenney the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Perhaps our Premier was merely trying to avoid the stink that might have been raised, if they had to pipe in enough tar sands for all his party to bury their heads in.
