Editor: I often walk the trails in the periphery of Canmore and I estimate that 80 per cent of the dog owners do not have their pooch on a leash.

Editor: At first glance, reading letters regarding dogs off-leash and photo radar, you would assume that both letters were written by the same person. They bring to us a very reasonable proclamation for self policing.
