LETTER: I strongly endorse the case made by Sylvie Pappas in the letter to the editor titled "Youth should be more mature until making life-altering decisions" in the Feb. 29 edition of the Outlook concerning the lack of maturity of teenagers with regard to their important decisions in life.

LETTER: To avoid junk investment mistakes, we always should avoid gut feelings, unsupported opinions and ideological bias.

“So, what’s happening is increased demand for that facility has increased the prices, and it’s a capacity issue as well, so we’re forced to buy from the open market when that wind project facility is at capacity.”

“We just don’t want to be invaded … there’s some large developments coming up and we have concerns around that and hope that we can preserve the sanctity and serenity and the natural beauty of our community.”

LETTER: This letter is in response to individuals in support of Premier Danielle Smith’s new policies targeting the trans and gender non-conforming youth of Alberta.

“It is intended to serve as a guiding document to support the various land owners and mangers with further decisions of how to develop near and interact with the corridor,” said Caitlin Van Gaal, supervisor of environment and sustainability for the Town of Canmore.

LETTER: I am writing to laud Canmore Mayor Sean Krausert for his message of welcome and solidarity to the 2SLGBTQ+ members of the Bow Valley community in the Feb. 8 Outlook.

“I would have expected at least for us to be increasing funding to population growth, but we’re not.”
