LAKE LOUISE – A heavy police presence has descended on Highway 93 North near Mosquito Creek in Banff National Park on Thursday (Nov. 2).
According to the Banff RCMP detachment, there is currently no known risk to the public.
“However travellers are asked not to stop or pick up any hitchhikers,” states the detachment on its Facebook post.
Mosquito Creek is located 28 km north of Lake Louise.
