Kyla Seeber-Saumur
Nov. 25, 1970 - April 10, 2021
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Kyla Saumur (nee
Seeber). She left us peacefully and without pain with her husband Marc
by her side. She is survived by her father Russell Seeber, mother Diana Kaszas,
sister’s Kimberly, Angelina, step mother Judith Seeber and many extended
family.
Kyla or Kay as she preferred to be called grew up in Lumby, British
Columbia but fell in love with Banff as a teenager. She moved to town
shortly after high school to start her adult life. The next three
decades saw her in a variety of positions from Brewster Transportation
to her most recent with the Oxford Properties family. Throughout that
time, she garnered many cherished long term friendships.
In 1995, Kay met her husband-to-be Marc Saumur and their marriage took
place in 2000. The next twenty years were spent together in love,
comfort and travel.
Kay will be remembered by all that knew her for her infectious laugh,
brilliant smile, intelligence and deep compassion for everyone and
everything. Always there for her friends, she radiated positivity and
left people feeling better about themselves.
Due to current conditions, a reception and remembrance will take place
at a later date to be determined.
Although you left us at the peak of your life here, the pain will go and
be filled with the joy of having you touch al of our lives.
Keep laughing, smiling and touching us with your grace.
