This May 11 has marked a year since the people of Canmore joined together to show overwhelming generosity to the Juerg Salzgeber family. We are forever thankful for such an outpouring of love and care.
Juerg has been recovering marvellously over the past year to the point where an outsider would no longer be able to pick up on any physical deficiencies. He has learned to compensate for his vision loss and is again able to read and follow his passion and profession, namely his woodwork.
As we journey on life’s path we are grateful for what was and is and trusting Almighty God for what is to come. We are definitely facing more and new challenges.
Thank you, friends of Canmore, for sharing the burden and helping to ease our pain. What a privilege to be part of such a community.
