We drove the length of Muskrat Street and concluded that the shining house at 230 would be on anyone’s list of the nicest places, and that the new white fence was the icing on the cake. Simply put, it looks like the people who live there are proud of their home and their town.
Hopefully the DAB will see it that way too. Hopefully they will conclude that a use that may be technically discretionary is allowable when it salutes our heritage in such an attractive and environmentally praiseworthy manner.
