I’d like to express my gratitude for the excellent Roam Bus service between Canmore and Banff.
I’ve been using the service for the past couple of months four or five days a week and it’s been a pleasure. Rather than having a 50-minute commute in my day, it feels like I’ve been given back precious time.
I’ve kept some 1,600 kilometres off my car, saved gas money, read two books, lots of magazines, and the Outlook (of course). I’ve lowered my carbon footprint, sat and day-dreamed and I come to work each morning with my first email answered.
I think if there was one more bus on at peak times so there was service every half hour we’d get dozens more cars off the highway. Try it if you haven’t. You’ll love the lifestyle change.
