Editor: Thank you to the Canmore community for support, condolences and kindness during our recent loss.
Thank you to the efficient and friendly care at the Canmore hospital during Ken’s extended stay before being transferred to Calgary. He was so comfortable there and would have liked to just stay there.
Thank you to Dr. Michalyshyn for many years of care while he was in Canmore and even though he saw several specialists and different doctors, you were always there to come home to for consultation and peace of mind.
Thank you to Reverend Howard for guiding us through a difficult time and for working with others in coordinating the various aspects of the service and being such a major part of ensuring that the service was indeed a celebration of Ken’s life.
Thank you to Russ and the Bow River Funeral Service who know just what has to be done and they get it done. Thank you to Jan and John for such beautiful music and knowing exactly when and where to be in order that everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the ladies who organized and served such a lovely lunch.
And a big thank you to everyone for the many, many cards, emails, phone calls, calls at the door with hugs and gifts of food. And to all those who helped celebrate Ken’s life at the service on June 22.
