Thank you Canmore. Friday night’s fundraiser/awareness night was magic, in true “old Canmore” style. My gratitude to my fellow musicians who sang and told stories from the heart in support of this badly needed local facility.
To my good friends, Julia Lynx, Gord March, and Pat “Sully” Sullivan – I thank you.
To the organizing committee – it was an honour and a privilege to work with you, and to witness the passion you have for this cause.
And to all that attended – from my heart, I thank you.
Special acknowledgement to my buddy Steve Crotty, YWCA, who was ground floor on the concept. A glass of wine, a campfire, and a simple question “what can we do?” – and we did it folks.
