If true, this is less than 10 per cent of what PricewaterhouseCoopers valued the property at last spring and we finally have a situation where we know the new owners can afford to do what the community’s been asking for for decades: set aside a functional wildlife corridor at Site 7, don’t build houses on the unfinished golf course (which is meant to buffer the corridor), and extend the Wind Valley Habitat Patch for bears, wolves and all the other wildlife we cherish in the Bow Valley.
