CANMORE – A 65-year-old Canmore woman reported missing has been found dead, according to RCMP, ending a nearly two-month search.
Officers were alerted around noon on Saturday (April 15) that Joan McGregor, who was last seen alive Feb. 17 in Canmore, had been found. Her death is not deemed suspicious, police said.
“Her manner of death is not suspicious in nature and no further information will be released," states an RCMP media release.
“Thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends."
