Parks Canada and Kananaskis Country, Alberta Parks personnel are extending a special public avalanche warning for many of the mountain parks in the Rocky Mountains. This warning, originally in effect from Friday (Feb. 13) through Sunday (Feb. 15), has been extended until Tuesday (Feb. 17), and includes Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and Jasper national parks, as well as Kananaskis Country.
