Banff RCMP seek suspect

Banff RCMP are asking for public assistance in identifying the suspect in an assault in October. On Oct. 23 at about 1 a.m., a female was assaulted in an alley between Beaver Street and Muskrat Street.

Banff RCMP are asking for public assistance in identifying the suspect in an assault in October.
On Oct. 23 at about 1 a.m., a female was assaulted in an alley between Beaver Street and Muskrat Street. The female was walking alone when she was surprised by a male who grabbed her and pushed her to the ground.
A struggle ensued and the female was able to fight off the attacker and run to safety. It is possible  the male suspect may have sustained bruising and/or cuts to his facial area.

Anyone with information related to this or any other criminal activity in Banff is asked to contact  Banff RCMP at 403-763-6600.
