Seeking a second term to see some initiatives through:

- increase possibilities for affordable housing

-environmental initiatives - composting, wildlife attractants

-sustainable sensible economic development

- Three Sisters Mountain Village Developments next steps

-zoning for marijuana sales and related issues

-continue budget initiatives to stay within debt limits and increase reserves

Governance and Board experience; diligence: preparation for meetings and council; time and willingness to serve on working subcommittees (budget, policy review, CAO Review on BVRH); integrity, courtesy, intelligence, curiosity, open-mindedness.

-Trying to maintain this place as a welcoming community for young people and families, while accommodating the needs of visitors and the second-home owner population.

-Engaging citizens in dialogue; ensuring concerns are heard but explaining the eventual decisions.

There are many competing interests here; so how do we find balance yet welcome diversity?
