RCMP have confirmed a Canmore man who went missing in March has been found deceased in Airdrie.
On March 14, John Ryan Kennedy was reported missing to the Canmore RCMP after being released from the Calgary Remand Centre on March 8 at approximately 9 p.m.
Last Saturday (May 12), Airdrie RCMP responded to a report of a body in a farmer's field and an autopsy this week confirmed that it was Kennedy that was found.
According to an RCMP press release the investigation into the circumstances of his death continues and no further information is available at this time.
