A motorcyclist suffering life-threatening injuries was rushed to hospital after a single vehicle accident Saturday (Sept. 24), 10 kilometres east of Exshaw.
The male motorcyclist, in his 60s, was found in a ditch on Highway 1A by Nakoda EMS just after 3 p.m.
Bystanders on scene advised EMS that he was operating a motorcycle when it lost control.
The man was taken to local hospital and subsequently airlifted by STARS ambulance to Calgary’ s Foothills Medical Centre.
