It's time to join the team. I have served in many capacities as a volunteer. I know this is the right time to commit to being your councillor.

I'm a bridge builder.
I work to build connections between businesses and environmentalists, between First Nations and our schools, between the
Town and Parks Canada. We need to work toward our common interests.

I work to build bridges between the Town and Parks Canada. If we reinforce the legal framework for this relationship, we can count on being an independent municipality into the future. We also need to work together for a wildfire preparedness plan.
People talk a lot about housing and parking, of the 16 candidates, I'm the only one who has built a large underground
parkade in the downtown and has built housing above.
I value transparency in government.

We have three grand challenges:
1) The parking, housing and congestion set of problems rest on the foundation of our rusty old Land Use Bylaw. The Land
Use Bylaw needs a re-write.
2) All our livelihoods assume a wildfire will not wipe us out like Fort McMurray. We need a resilient fire preparedness plan.
3) Our town's buildings and infrastructure need to adapt to the realities of global warning and a low carbon future.
By working together, we can meet these three grand challenges. That's our common purpose.
