Dear town of Banff residents and business owners;
On behalf of GranFondo Canada, and the participants in this year’s RBC GranFondo Banff cycling event held Saturday (Aug. 23), I want to thank you for your incredible hospitality.
We know that hosting events causes traffic and routine changes, but hopefully, with the new course, the inconveniences were reasonably mitigated. You live in a very special place, and I can assure you that the visitors that came in from 16 different U.S. states, eight provinces, and eight countries respect the privilege of cycling in Canada’s first national park.
