Welcome to RMOToday.com – the Bow Valley’s new homepage

Welcome to day one of RMOToday.com

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to RMOToday.com – the Rocky Mountain Outlook’s new website.

There are several reasons for the change, including that this site is fast – blazing fast.

It is so fast, in fact, Google is writing a white paper about the platform the site is built on – Village Media – and how it is the fastest content management system in the world. It was also created in Canada and powers news sites across the country.

RMOToday.com also represents a new direction for the Rocky Mountain Outlook. Readers and advertisers will still get the award-winning journalism they come to expect from our newsroom on the newsstand each week.

RMOToday.com, however, will be setting a new standard with daily stories about what is happening right here, right now in the Bow Valley.

In addition to local stories and breaking news, the site features articles from the Canadian Press, and 20 newsrooms from across Alberta.

The newsletter will provide subscribers with the headlines of the day delivered directly into their inbox – so sign up to get the news before everyone else.

The Rocky Mountain Outlook’s commitment to reporting the stories that matter and providing readers with award-winning journalism remains the same – whether it is in the newspaper or online.

We hope RMOToday.com becomes your new homepage – because every day is a news day.
