Mike Henderson, an award winning dog handler and warden for Parks Canada, poses with his dog Cazz in Banff National Park at Lake Louise on Thursday (Nov. 24). Henderson spoke to a group of exchange cross-country ski students from Chelsea, Que. about his role as a dog handler and how to stay safe during avalanche season. The group toured across the Bow Valley taking in presentations, cultural events, and activities as part of the Experiences Canada Program.
