Pinty's All-Star Curling Skins Game ended with a bang and big bucks in Banff's Fenlands Recreation Centre, Sunday (Jan. 18).

In the men's final, Olympic gold medallist Brad Jacob's Ontario rink defeated Alberta's John Morris to walk away with $65,500 in total earnings.

In the women's final, defending Canadian champion Rachel Homan of Ontario defeated reigning Olympic gold medallist Jennifer Jones of Manitoba for $52,000 in total.

For the Jacobs crew, it was the rink's first skins game title. The Jacobs rink includes third Ryan Fry, second E.J. Harnden and lead Ryan Harnden. The foursome's winnings included $50,500 in skins with a bonus $15,000 for winning the event.

For Morris, he and third Pat Simmons, second Carter Rycroft and lead Nolan Thiessen took home $23,000 in total winnings.

Homan's rink included third Emma Miskew, second Joanne Courtney and lead Lisa Weagle. The Ontario rink won $37,000 in skins and a $15,000 victory bonus.

Jones' crew included third Kaitlyn Lawes, second Jill Officer and lead Dawn McEwen. The Jones rink won $29,500.

In all, $200,000 in winnings were split between four men's and four women's rinks.

All games were broadcast on TSN.
