An investigation into an alleged vandalizing of Indigenous wall pictographs at Grotto Canyon is being looked into by Alberta Environment and Parks.

EDITORIAL: Provincial governments across Canada have been steadily offloading costs to local governments in an effort to make their own annual budgets and deficits more amiable to citizens. However, it comes at a cost as the bills for services still need to be paid by someone.
