Notice of Development Permits

The Municipal Planning Commission approved the following Development Permits on February 14, 2024, in accordance with the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaw: • 119 Spray Avenue (23DP75) – This approval allows for the development of a Single Detached House with Accessory Dwelling. • Unit 22, 223 Muskrat Street (24DP01) – This approval allows for a Home Occupation Type 2 to provide a home office space for a cleaning service. • Unit 203, 102 Spray Avenue (23DP83) – This approval allows for a Home Occupation Type 2 to create customizable souvenirs. The approval of these development applications shall not be valid until 21 days from the date of this notice. Any person affected by these developments, or any conditions imposed by the Development Approving Authority, may appeal the decision by filing written notice within 21 days from the date of this notice. Forward the reason for the appeal(s) along with a processing fee of $250 to: Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Town of Banff, Box 1260, Banff AB T1L 1A1.
