Notice of Bed & Breakfast Home Allocation
A Bed and Breakfast Home licence has been cancelled in the RMR: Marmot/Rundle District (South), where the total combined number of permitted bed and breakfast homes has been reached but not exceeded. As per Section 10.3.6 of the Land Use Bylaw, the Town of Banff will accept completed Development Permit applications for a Bed and Breakfast Home for the RRA Land Use District (South) until March 14, 2024. Should more than one application be received, a lottery draw will take place to determine which application will be considered.
