Notice of Intent to Borrow – Bylaw 481, Clean Energy Improvement Program Proposed Bylaw 481 would authorize the Town to borrow up to $1,163,200 over a term of not more than 25 years, to operate a Clean Energy Improvement Program. Anyone wishing to file a petition with respect to this bylaw must do so no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2024. The procedure for filing a petition is available from the municipal clerk.
